Enacts new section 3313.7117 prohibiting school districts and individual school buildings from requiring any student to wear a face mask or facial covering on school premises or while riding a school bus, though individuals may voluntarily choose to wear masks.

Amends section 3313.665 to clarify that dress codes and uniform policies adopted by school boards shall not require the wearing of face masks or facial coverings.

Applies the mask prohibition requirement to community schools under section 3314.03, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) schools under section 3326.11, and college-preparatory boarding schools under section 3328.24.

Declares the act an emergency measure effective immediately, stating that parents should decide whether masks or facial coverings are appropriate for their children at school.
