Amends Ohio's Public Records Law (Section 149.43 of the Revised Code) to add mental health care providers to the list of professions whose residential and familial information is protected from public disclosure.

Expands the definition of "designated public service worker" to include forensic mental health providers, mental health evaluation providers, and regional psychiatric hospital employees.

Protects the residential address, contact information, family member details, financial information, and other personal data of these mental health professionals from mandatory public records disclosure.

Maintains exceptions allowing disclosure of the state or political subdivision where the provider resides and for prosecuting attorneys and judges.
