Prohibits businesses, political subdivisions, public officials, schools, and state agencies from requiring individuals to receive vaccines, drugs, biological products, or genetic immunotherapy utilizing mRNA, DNA, or other genetic vaccine technology, except as provided in section 3792.04

Prohibits discrimination against individuals who refuse to receive vaccines, drugs, biological products, or genetic immunotherapy, including adverse employment actions

Prohibits requiring individuals to wear facial coverings, with exceptions for hospitals, health care facilities, and workplaces where facial coverings are required by industry practices or safety standards for reasons unrelated to COVID-19 prevention

Prohibits requiring individuals to undergo testing for COVID-19, except in hospitals or other health care facilities

Applies prohibitions to businesses, political subdivisions, public officials, schools, and state agencies as defined in the bill
