• Amends the definition of "injury" under workers' compensation law to establish specific conditions that must be met for work-from-home injuries to qualify for coverage.

• Updates lump-sum payment provisions in section 4123.64 to reference furthering "the injured or disabled employee's rehabilitation" and removes the requirement for notary and seal on applications.
