Creates new offense of "criminal trespass with a deadly weapon" for concealed handgun licensees or qualified military members who refuse to leave premises when requested or return within 30 days after being asked to leave.

Allows licensees and qualified military members discovered carrying weapons in prohibited locations to avoid criminal charges by promptly leaving when requested by the property owner or authorized representative.

Defines "qualified military member" as active duty armed forces member carrying valid military ID and documentation of firearms training meeting or exceeding state requirements.

Amends existing firearm statutes including provisions on carrying concealed weapons, weapons in schools and courthouses, and transporting firearms in motor vehicles to implement the new removal-upon-request framework.

Creates a misdemeanor of the fourth degree penalty for those who refuse to leave or return to the same premises within 30 days while knowingly possessing a deadly weapon in violation of the law.
