Enacts new section 2950.035 to prohibit persons in a "restricted offender category" (tier II or III sex offenders/child-victim offenders) from engaging in employment or volunteer work involving direct contact with minors or having supervision/disciplinary power over minors.

Applies to offenders convicted before or after the bill's effective date, with a 90-day grace period for those already employed in such positions to cease the work.

Provides prosecuting authorities with cause of action for injunctive relief (without proving irreparable harm) against violators of the employment prohibition.

Classifies violations as criminal offenses subject to penalties specified in amended section 2950.99: first offense is misdemeanor of first degree; second offense is felony of third degree; three or more offenses is felony of first degree.

Amends sections 2950.01, 2950.04, 2950.041, 2950.05, 2950.06, and 2950.99 of the Revised Code to incorporate the new employment restriction provisions and corresponding penalties.
