Replaces the term "disabled condition" with "incapacitated condition" throughout Ohio Revised Code sections 2305.41-2305.49 to clarify terminology for persons who are unconscious, semiconscious, incoherent, or otherwise unable to communicate.

Expands the definition of "identifying device" to include items bearing either an emergency symbol with medical information or a scannable bar code/QR code that provides emergency medical information.

Authorizes emergency medical service providers, health care practitioners, law enforcement officers, and bystanders to search for and examine identifying devices and identification cards on incapacitated persons, including scanning bar codes and inspecting both sides of devices.

Protects emergency responders and ordinary citizens from liability for reasonable searches to locate identifying devices or identification cards on incapacitated persons, even if no device or card is found.

Renames the uniform law from "Uniform Duties to Disabled Persons Act" to "Uniform Duties to Incapacitated Persons Act" and designates the entire act as "Paige's Law."
