• Amends five sections of the Ohio Revised Code to require all meetings of five state retirement boards to be publicly broadcast at the time they are conducted.

• Requires each retirement board to archive all meetings on their respective website for future public access and use.

• Applies to the Public Employees Retirement Board, Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund Board, State Teachers Retirement Board, School Employees Retirement Board, and State Highway Patrol Retirement Board.

• Exempts executive sessions and portions of meetings discussing medical records or disability information from the public broadcast requirement.

• Repeals existing statutes governing these five retirement systems and replaces them with amended versions containing the broadcast requirements.
