Creates a testimonial privilege protecting confidential communications between peer support team members and first responders (peace officers, firefighters, emergency medical workers, corrections officers) or dispatchers who receive peer support services for work-related psychological or physical stress.

Requires peer support team members to complete at least 16 hours of basic training initially and 8 hours every two years to qualify for the privilege.

Establishes exceptions to the privilege if the communication indicates clear and present danger, relates to a criminal act, involves child abuse or neglect, or if the recipient consents to testimony.

Requires employers and organizations to maintain a confidential roster of peer support team members showing their names and training compliance status, available only to prosecutors and investigators who need to verify testimonial eligibility.

Amends section 4735.05 regarding real estate licensing to clarify that mediation meeting information remains confidential and is subject to the new peer support privilege rules.
