Amends section 4511.093 of the Revised Code to prohibit local authorities from placing or using traffic law photo-monitoring devices within one-half mile radius of an interstate highway entrance or exit.

Prohibits township constables, members of township or joint police district police forces, and other township representatives from using traffic cameras to enforce traffic law violations on interstate highways.

Maintains existing requirement that a law enforcement officer must be present at the location of any traffic camera during operation.

Preserves existing procedures for issuing tickets based on traffic camera recordings, including restrictions that apply to photo-monitored violations.
