Enacts section 5913.012 of the Revised Code to authorize the Adjutant General to permit judge advocates to provide legal assistance to law enforcement officers, state employees supporting emergency management responses, and persons commissioned or enlisted in the Ohio military reserve.

Extends legal assistance eligibility to spouses, surviving spouses, dependent parents, minor children, or wards of the three categories of primary beneficiaries listed above.

Grants the Adjutant General discretionary authority to specify the types of matters on which legal assistance may be provided and to limit services based on the availability of judge advocates.
