Removes East Liverpool from the list of municipalities with established municipal courts in Ohio Revised Code sections 1901.01, 1901.02, 1901.027, and 1901.08.

The East Liverpool Municipal Court ceases operations on the effective date of the bill, with its existence terminated.

All pending causes, executions, proceedings, and court records are transferred to the Columbiana County Municipal Court as if originally instituted there.

The Columbiana County Municipal Court gains jurisdiction over the territory previously served by East Liverpool Municipal Court (Liverpool and St. Clair townships in Columbiana County).

Court clerk transfers all pleadings, orders, dockets, bonds, records, files, money, property, and persons belonging to East Liverpool Municipal Court to Columbiana County Municipal Court.
