Requires the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission to prepare a pamphlet and foldable brochure that explains state firearms laws, instructs on dispute resolution, and provides information on using deadly force with a firearm.

Mandates federally licensed firearms dealers provide the brochure to each firearm purchaser at the time of sale.

Requires dealers to continue offering trigger locks or gun locking devices to purchasers and post required safety posters in their places of business.

Directs the Attorney General to publish the pamphlet and brochure on its website and create a web section with firearms laws applicable to armed forces members.

Requires the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission to maintain and annually report statistics on concealed handgun license issuances, renewals, suspensions, revocations, and denials.
