Amends section 2929.18 of the Revised Code to require courts to order child maintenance payments for felony OVI-caused aggravated vehicular homicide when the victim was a parent, legal guardian, or custodian of a minor child.

Offender must pay child maintenance for each surviving minor child until the child reaches 18 years of age.

Court determines reasonable and necessary maintenance amount by considering child's financial needs, surviving caregiver's resources, child's standard of living, physical and emotional condition, custody arrangements, and childcare expenses.

Child maintenance payments go to the clerk of courts as trustee for remittance to the surviving parent, legal guardian, or custodian within three business days of receipt.

Offender incarcerated and unable to pay has up to one year after release to begin payments and may establish a payment plan; payments continue until full arrearage is paid.
