Amends section 2923.25 of the Revised Code to require federally licensed firearms dealers to provide and attach a trigger lock to every firearm sold at the point of sale.

Mandates that dealers also offer for sale other appropriate gun locks or locking devices if such alternatives are available.

Requires federally licensed firearms dealers to post a safety poster in a conspicuous location and make a brochure available to all firearm purchasers as specified in section 5502.63 of the Revised Code.

Defines "federally licensed firearms dealer" by reference to section 5502.63 of the Revised Code.
