Allows school bus operators to use camera equipment installed on buses to capture images or video of violations for law enforcement investigation purposes.

Requires deputy registrars to display a printed card with instructions for drivers to stop and yield to stopped school buses at loading and unloading.

Requires registrars to include a summary of school bus stop requirements and penalties with license plates issued to vehicle owners.
