Establishes the Ohio High School Athletic Association as the sole authority to set rules of play and athlete eligibility regulations for interscholastic athletics in grades 7-12 among member schools

Applies to both public and nonpublic schools that are members of the OHSAA or its successor organization

Exceptions carved out for regulations already established in sections 3313.53, 3313.535, 3313.536, 3313.537, 3313.538, 3313.539, 3313.5310, 3313.5311, 3313.5312, 3313.5314, and 3313.5315 of the Revised Code

Codifies OHSAA authority in section 3313.5316 of the Revised Code
