Enacts Section 102.10 prohibiting Ohio Supreme Court justices and statewide executive officers (governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, auditor of state, treasurer of state, secretary of state) from holding private employment, performing private work, or serving in any paid private position.

Exempts compensation received as a member of the armed forces from the prohibition.

Establishes that violation of Section 102.10 results in automatic forfeiture of the individual's office upon the ethics commission's finding of a violation.

Amends Section 102.06 to add Section 102.10 violations to the list of conduct the ethics commission may investigate, with specific procedures for notification and office vacancy timelines.

Amends Section 102.99 to establish that violators of Section 102.10 forfeit their office, rather than facing criminal penalties.
