Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2743.67 to create a new emergency award category for child victims of sexual abuse violations under Chapter 2907.

Attorney general may award up to $2,000 to child victims for health care and psychological treatment related to the offense if immediate economic relief is needed.

Awards may be granted before the child obtains health care, allowing victims to use funds for medical or psychological treatment directly related to the offense.

Emergency award amounts are deducted from any final reparations award made to the claimant.

Maintains existing $2,000 maximum limit for emergency awards and existing procedures for deducting awards from final determinations.
