Creates a presumption in favor of prison time for third degree felony domestic violence, which applies when offenders have two or more prior domestic violence convictions or similar offenses against family/household members

Increases the mandatory minimum prison term from 6 months to 12 months for third degree felony domestic violence when the offender knew the victim was pregnant at the time of the offense

Increases the mandatory minimum prison term from 1 year to 18 months for third degree felony domestic violence when the offender caused serious physical harm to a pregnant woman's unborn child or caused termination of the pregnancy

Adds domestic violence (section 2919.25) to the list of third degree felonies subject to the higher sentencing range of 12-60 months rather than the standard 9-36 months for other third degree felonies

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2919.25 (domestic violence) and 2929.14 (prison terms) to implement these enhanced sentencing provisions
