Requires the Ohio Department of Medicaid to submit annual reports by December 31st beginning the calendar year after the bill's effective date regarding applied behavior analysis access for Medicaid-enrolled children with autism spectrum disorder

Reports must be organized by current procedural terminology (CPT) code and include category I and III applied behavior analysis codes, covering data from the immediately preceding fiscal year

Reports must include the number of certified behavior analysts providing Medicaid services, number of children who received or were denied applied behavior analysis services, prior authorization denials and appeals, median recommended versus received treatment hours, and recommendations to improve provider network adequacy and access

Department must make efforts to collect necessary information from applied behavior analysis providers and Medicaid enrollees to compile the required reports

Department must develop education and outreach materials to inform parents and legal guardians of enrolled children with autism spectrum disorder about eligible services and how to access them
