Enacts section 3792.06 of the Revised Code to prohibit private colleges and state institutions of higher education from discriminating against individuals based on COVID-19 vaccination status

Prohibits exclusion, penalization, segregation, denial of enrollment, or withholding of advantages, facilities, goods, opportunities, privileges, or services based on vaccination status

Prohibits discrimination based on whether an individual has received one or more doses of any COVID-19 vaccine, including variants

Prohibits discrimination based on whether an individual uses a COVID-19 immunity passport (document, digital record, or application indicating vaccination or recovery from COVID-19)
