Urges Congress to pass the "Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2021" (H.R. 24) to increase oversight of the Federal Reserve System.

Requires the Comptroller General to audit the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and Federal Reserve banks within twelve months after the Act becomes law.

Asserts the Federal Reserve lacks transparency, prevents public understanding of its economic impact, and has compromised the dollar's integrity and contributed to national debt.

Directs the Ohio House Clerk to transmit copies of this resolution to the President, Congress, all Ohio Congressional delegation members, and Ohio news media.
