Rescind 17 Director of Health orders and 2 Governor Executive Orders related to COVID-19 pandemic response issued between March 2020 and April 2021, including orders on social distancing, facial coverings, nursing home access, testing requirements, and school reporting.

Rescind 8 Ohio Administrative Code rules entirely, including emergency education rules 3301-32-06.1 and 3301-37-03.1, and various Medicaid and social services rules.

Partially rescind portions of 23 Ohio Administrative Code rules that contain emergency-specific provisions or language allowing director approval for extended timeframes during declared states of emergency.

Require the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the Director of Health, Governor, and heads of multiple state departments including Aging, Job and Family Services, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Developmental Disabilities, and the Medicaid Director.
