Urges the Governor and Director of Transportation to extend Interstate 73 and Interstate 74 into Ohio to improve mobility and connectivity for goods, services, and workforce across all regions of the state.

I-73 extension would upgrade U.S. Route 52 between Huntington, West Virginia and Portsmouth, Ohio, and upgrade U.S. Route 23 through Columbus to I-75 near Findlay.

I-74 extension would run from Cincinnati to Portsmouth, with several routes currently being studied to determine the most suitable accommodation for this extension.

Extensions would provide further development opportunities and economic benefits to millions of Ohioans by connecting the south central portion of Ohio to the Interstate Highway System.

Directs the House Clerk to send authenticated copies of the resolution to the Governor, Director of Transportation, Executive Director of the Federal Highway Administration, and Ohio news media.
