Urges Congress to expand the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (18 U.S.C. 926(B) and 926(C)) to include all railroad police officers in the definition of "qualified law enforcement officer" and "qualified retired law enforcement officer"

Notes that the 2004 law granted active and retired law enforcement officers the right to carry concealed firearms, and a 2010 expansion extended this privilege to Amtrak police

Identifies that the 2010 expansion failed to include all railroad police officers, leaving several hundred officers excluded from the concealed carry privilege

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to U.S. House and Senate leadership, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media
