Expresses support for Amtrak's "Amtrak Connects US" national service expansion plan to increase passenger rail service frequency in Ohio.

Urges Congress to decrease the minimum Amtrak route length qualifying for federal funding from 750 miles to 250 miles and fully fund the expansion plan.

Highlights that a Cleveland-Columbus-Cincinnati corridor route alone would serve 400,000 to 500,000 passengers annually with an estimated $130 million annual economic impact.

Notes Amtrak spent $40,017,703 on goods and services in Ohio and $5,421,234 in wages during FY2019, and would expand service to 12 additional Ohio communities including Toledo, Sandusky, and Ashtabula.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to federal transportation officials, Congress members, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and state transportation officials.
