Proposes adding Section 22 to Article I of Ohio's Constitution to guarantee every individual a fundamental right to reproductive freedom, including decisions about prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, contraception, sterilization, abortion care, miscarriage management, and infertility care

Prohibits the state from denying, burdening, or infringing on reproductive freedom unless justified by a compelling state interest achieved by the least restrictive means

Allows the state to regulate abortion care after fetal viability, but prohibits banning abortion when medically indicated by a health care professional to protect the pregnant individual's life or physical or mental health

Prevents the state from penalizing, prosecuting, or taking adverse action against individuals based on pregnancy outcomes (miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion) or for aiding others in exercising reproductive freedom with voluntary consent

Requires voter approval at the November 8, 2022 general election; if adopted by a majority, the amendment takes effect immediately
