Condemns the Russian Federation's unprovoked and unjustified attack on Ukraine that began February 24, 2022, when President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation."

Affirms Ukraine's independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity as guaranteed by the United Nations Declaration on Principles of International Law Concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation Among States.

Notes that approximately 42,111 individuals with Ukrainian ancestry lived in Ohio as of 2019, with Ukrainian immigration to the state beginning in the 1880s and reaching approximately 10,000 by 1900.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to Ohio's United States Congressional delegation members and Ohio news media.
