Honors the memory of Lieutenant Philip M. Wigal, a firefighter and emergency medical technician who served the Town and Country Fire District since 2006.

Recognizes Wigal's career achievements including becoming a full-time firefighter in 2011, serving as an emergency medical services instructor, fire inspector, and president of the Town and Country Fire Association.

Notes Wigal's additional service as a part-time firefighter with the Lodi and Canaan Fire Departments and his reputation for courage and composure in challenging circumstances.

Acknowledges Wigal's family including his wife Lindsay and daughters Gracelynn and Gwendelynn, and his commitment to serving the community as a member of Church of the Nazarene in Wooster.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Lieutenant Wigal's family.
