Recognizes the program's history of undefeated seasons, All-Ohio players, and notably Woody Hayes, who became a legendary coach at The Ohio State University and won multiple national championships.

Acknowledges student athletes' development of talent, competitive spirit, and sportsmanship through participation in the football program over the past century.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a duly authenticated copy of the resolution to the Newcomerstown High School football program.
