Urges the Postal Service to freeze the contract pending expedited review to ensure compliance with President Biden's Executive Order 14008 on climate change and the Paris Climate Accord.

Supports development of a modern replacement fleet that meets national climate goals, protects supply chains, and advances domestic green vehicle manufacturing.

Urges fair consideration for purchasing electric trucks from Lordstown Motors, manufactured in Ohio.

Directs the House Clerk to send copies of the resolution to the President, Ohio Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
