• Appropriates $125,000,000 total for fiscal year 2021: $100,000,000 for bar and restaurant assistance and $25,000,000 for lodging industry grants through the Development Services Agency

• Bar and restaurant grants are awarded in amounts of $10,000, $20,000, or $30,000 based on demonstrated loss of revenue and number of employees, targeting businesses impacted by COVID-19

• Lodging industry grants are awarded in amounts of $10,000, $20,000, or $30,000 based on demonstrated loss of revenue and occupancy rates for businesses impacted by COVID-19

• Businesses that previously received grants under earlier Coronavirus Relief appropriations are eligible to receive additional grants under this bill
