Repeals renewable resource credit payment provisions enacted under HB 6 of the 133rd General Assembly, including nuclear resource credit and renewable energy credit programs.

Eliminates the nuclear generation fund and renewable generation fund, ending $150 million annual payments for nuclear resources and $20 million for renewable resources.

Removes customer charges authorized to fund these credit payments, effective after reconciliation of remaining obligations by December 31, 2027.

Eliminates annual retrospective financial reviews of nuclear resource operators and the authority to reduce or cease payments based on market conditions or decommissioning.

Maintains existing renewable energy portfolio standards and compliance payment requirements under sections 4928.64 and 4928.645 for qualifying renewable resources.
