Amends section 3517.13 of the Revised Code to classify child care costs as an ordinary and necessary expense that campaign funds may reimburse.

Specifies that child care expenses are reimbursable only when incurred as a direct result of a beneficiary engaging in campaign activities or official duties, and would not otherwise be incurred.

Applies to child care costs incurred by candidates, officeholders, and other beneficiaries while engaging in campaign activities, fundraising, political party work, or attending political meetings.

Maintains existing restrictions on campaign fund use for personal expenses while creating a specific exception for child care as a legitimate business expense related to campaign and official activities.
