Establishes the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Task Force within the Attorney General's office to investigate fraud, waste, and abuse involving public money by public officials and private persons or entities applying for or obtaining public funds.

Task Force will be staffed by no more than ten Attorney General employees and will refer investigations to the Attorney General or appropriate prosecuting attorneys as needed.

Allows any person to file complaints with the Task Force and permits cooperation with other state agencies, other states, and federal authorities.

When a task force investigation leads to conviction, courts must order 10% of any restitution paid to the state be deposited into a newly established Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Task Force Fund in the state treasury.

Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal years 2022 and 2023 to fund the task force operations.
