Enters Ohio into the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), which regulates telepsychology practice and temporary in-person psychology services across state lines while maintaining state regulatory authority

Requires the state board of psychology to appoint a member to the PSYPACT commission within 30 days and fill any vacancies within 30 days

Updates procedures and forms for civil commitment of mentally ill persons and clarifies notification requirements between trial courts and probate courts regarding defendant status changes
