Increases penalties for violating division (A) (spying/eavesdropping for sexual arousal) from a third-degree misdemeanor to a first-degree misdemeanor.

Increases penalties for violating division (B) (recording another in state of nudity for sexual arousal) from a second-degree misdemeanor to a first-degree misdemeanor.

Maintains existing felony escalation provisions: two prior convictions result in a fifth-degree felony, and three or more prior convictions result in a fourth-degree felony for divisions (A), (B), and (D).

Maintains felony penalties for voyeurism involving minors (division C) as a fifth-degree felony, with escalation to fourth-degree felony upon a prior conviction of any voyeurism violation.

Maintains misdemeanor penalties for division (D) (recording under or through clothing) as a first-degree misdemeanor with felony escalation provisions for repeat offenders.
