Renumbers section 4105.191 to 4105.22, maintaining the requirement that elevator owners/operators file written reports with the superintendent of industrial compliance within 72 hours of accidents resulting in death or bodily injury.

Requires owners/operators of ADA-required elevators to immediately notify the superintendent in writing and post signs at building and elevator entrances when an elevator goes out of service, including expected return date or statement that date is unknown.

Mandates reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to access buildings when ADA-required elevators are out of service for more than four consecutive calendar days.

Requires owners/operators to notify the superintendent in writing immediately after an out-of-service elevator returns to service.

Directs the superintendent to maintain a public list of out-of-service ADA-required elevators and contact owners/operators within 72 hours of receiving an out-of-service notice to inquire about repair status.
