Amends section 5902.02 of the Revised Code to add a member of the Paralyzed Veterans of America organization (who is an Ohio resident) to the Veterans Advisory Committee.

The Veterans Advisory Committee advises and assists the Department of Veterans Services and includes representatives from multiple veterans organizations, county commissioners, and other stakeholder groups.

The Paralyzed Veterans of America member joins existing committee members including the National Guard Association of the United States, Military Officers Association of America, and representatives from congressionally chartered veterans organizations.

Repeals the existing version of section 5902.02 and replaces it with the amended version containing all director duties related to veterans services.
