Amends section 2923.126 of the Revised Code to grant civil immunity to nonprofit corporations for injuries allegedly caused by a licensee bringing a handgun onto the nonprofit's premises or events, unless the nonprofit acted with malicious purpose.

Provides immunity to individuals acting in self-defense or defense of others during the commission or imminent commission of an offense of violence to protect nonprofit corporation members or guests, unless the person's act constitutes willful or wanton misconduct.

Extends immunity to for-profit corporations that lease their property to nonprofit corporations or permit their property to be used by nonprofit corporations for any purpose.

Does not affect other rights to bring civil actions under section 2307.60 of the Revised Code or other sections of state law.

Defines "nonprofit corporation" as any private organization exempt from federal income taxation under IRC subsections 501(a) and 501(c).
