Amends section 2313.06 of the Revised Code to require commissioners of jurors to include names from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in the annual jury source list compilation.

Commissioners must include all names from the current voter list and may include all names from the certified list provided by the registrar of motor vehicles, with duplicates eliminated upon merging.

List must include residents issued a valid driver's license or identification card on or after January 1, 1984, who are or will be 18 years of age or older during the general election year and would be eligible electors if registered.

Exclusions include individuals with confidential voter registration records, participants in the address confidentiality program, jurors permanently excused under section 2313.14, and jurors discharged under section 2313.21.

Repeal existing section 2313.06 of the Revised Code and replace with the amended version.
