Amends section 109.15 and enacts section 317.115 of the Revised Code to establish procedures for addressing discriminatory covenants in recorded real property documents.

Requires the Attorney General, in conjunction with the Ohio recorders' association, to prepare and provide redaction forms and modification forms to county recorders for addressing discriminatory covenants.

Authorizes attorneys, title insurance companies, title agents, and property owners to request that county recorders either redact discriminatory covenants from public internet view or record a modification document striking the covenant.

Grants immunity from civil liability to persons who, in good faith and in the usual course of business, deliver real property instruments containing discriminatory covenants that are void and unenforceable by law.

Permits county recorders to refuse redaction or modification requests if the language does not meet the statutory definition of a discriminatory covenant, with written notice to the filer.
