Ohio enters into the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, allowing physical therapists and physical therapist assistants licensed in member states to practice in Ohio under a "compact privilege" without obtaining a separate state license.

Establishes the Physical Therapy Compact Commission with representatives from each member state to administer the compact, promulgate uniform rules, maintain a licensure data system, and investigate disciplinary matters.

Requires member states to implement criminal background checks, use recognized national examinations for licensure, maintain continuing competence requirements, and participate in a shared database of licensure and adverse action information.

Sets requirements for licensees to exercise compact privilege including holding an unencumbered license in home state, no adverse actions within 2 years, meeting remote state jurisprudence requirements, and paying applicable fees.

Allows active duty military members and their spouses to designate their home state as home of record, permanent change of station location, or current state of residence for compact purposes.
