Enacts section 4113.13 of the Revised Code to prohibit private employers from asking about felony convictions or guilty pleas on employment application forms.

Applies to any person employing one or more persons and agents of employers, but excludes state agencies and political subdivisions.

Prohibits questions about convictions in Ohio or any other jurisdiction on any form for application for employment.

Permits employers to conduct criminal records checks as part of the application process if otherwise allowed by law.
