Prohibits the import, manufacture, sale, transfer, or possession of trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, or similar components designed to accelerate a semi-automatic firearm's rate of fire, effective 180 days after the bill becomes law.

Violation of the rate-of-fire acceleration prohibition is classified as "illegal rate-of-fire acceleration conduct," a felony of the fourth degree.

Exempts federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and military from the prohibition.

Adds violation of the new prohibition as a basis for firearm disability under existing law, making individuals prohibited from acquiring or possessing firearms.

Clarifies that persons convicted of the new offense cannot seek court relief from firearm disability restrictions.
