Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 3501.01, 3505.03, 3505.04, and 3513.257 to require judicial candidates for municipal court, county court, and court of common pleas to appear on ballots with party designations.

Changes the definition of "nonpartisan candidate" to exclude judges of municipal courts, county courts, and courts of common pleas, making these judicial positions partisan rather than nonpartisan.

Modifies ballot printing requirements to include political party designations under the names of judicial candidates nominated at primary elections or by petition, consistent with other party candidates.

Allows non-judicial candidates filing nominating petitions to request ballot designation as "nonparty candidate" or "other-party candidate," but excludes judicial candidates from this option.

Repeals existing sections 3501.01, 3505.03, 3505.04, and 3513.257 and replaces them with amended versions reflecting the partisan judicial candidate requirements.
