Proposes adding Section 22 to Article I of the Ohio Constitution to establish a fundamental right to reproductive freedom, to be submitted to voters on November 8, 2022.

Guarantees the right to make decisions about all matters relating to pregnancy, including prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, contraception, sterilization, abortion care, miscarriage management, and infertility care.

Prohibits the state from denying, burdening, or infringing on reproductive freedom unless justified by a compelling state interest achieved by the least restrictive means.

Allows state regulation of abortion care after fetal viability, but prohibits any ban on abortion when medically indicated by a health care professional to protect the pregnant individual's life or physical or mental health.

Prevents the state from penalizing or prosecuting individuals based on pregnancy outcomes or from taking adverse action against anyone assisting a pregnant individual in exercising reproductive rights with voluntary consent.
