Recognizes Niese's service as executive director of the Wood County Committee on Aging since 2005, president of the Ohio Association of Senior Centers, and treasurer for the NCOA's National Institute of Senior Centers Delegate Council

Acknowledges her leadership in updating standards of excellence to accommodate online submissions and securing a capital grant for a new senior center in Wood County
