Honors Caroline Porterfield, a junior at Upper Arlington High School, for winning the 2020-2021 Division I State Championship in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.15 seconds

Recognizes her additional achievements including a fifth-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle (51.21 seconds), first place in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:33.31), and fourth place in the 200-yard medley relay (1:42.57)

Commends Porterfield for combining talent and competitive spirit with exemplary sportsmanship and leadership both in and out of competition

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Caroline Porterfield
